WHY Do You Want To Make Money Online?
Just a quick post as I’m frantically packing and surrounded by boxes.
Why? Well I’m moving to Spain next week, or to be more precise, back to Spain. I first lived in Spain around 5 years ago and at the time was commuting between there and the UK for work. It was ok for a while but was never going to work on a long term basis.
I knew I wanted to have a business I could run from anywhere in the world and that’s when I started my internet marketing journey just under a year ago. It’s not been easy and still isn’t. I still have a long way to go to reach the level of income I desire but at least now I’m going in the right direction.
There have been many times in the last 8 months I have felt like just giving up on the whole internet marketing scene. I’m not immune to those moments even now. Trying to crack this whole making money online game has to be one of the most frustrating tasks I have ever undertaken.
I’m sure you have felt the same way many times.
There is definitely a process you have to go through before it all starts to make sense. If you are going to make it to the end of that process there is one thing you are going to need……
A big enough “WHY”!
It’s fine wanting something to happen, but if there is not a big enough WHY behind that desire, it will be a difficult journey.
Yes, I want an online business and significant income from it but it is the WHY that keeps me motivated and pushing ahead.
The big WHY for me is been able to live anywhere in the world I choose and still be able to run my business.
So WHY do YOU want to make money online??
Well, for the money of course I hear you say 
Why though? This really is an important part of your planning process.
Spend some time thinking about what you want but most importantly why you want it and WRITE IT DOWN. Once you have a clearly defined ‘WHY’ it will be much easy for you to achieve your goals.
And don’t forget, you need to believe it to achieve it. So once you know what you want and why, believe it will happen.
Right, I really must get back to the packing. How do we end up with so much crap? LOL

Congratulations Mark on being able to get back to Spain. I envy you because my goal is to go and live in a house I have in Turkey. At present I can only use it a couple of weeks a year.
You are dead right in what you say about being clear and specific about your goals. I’m clear about mine but I hadn’t quite thought about asking the question “Why”? and I agree it’s a very important question.
I’m in the doldrums at present but you’ve got my brain thinking again and I feel a bit of motivation coming on to get back into my Internet business as a result of asking myself “Why?”.
