But I have to say that I completed all of the 4 steps for Gary Parkes newsletter (first edition) but I was not included. I was unaware that a 5th step had been introduced - having to post here. Consequently I was not included, I assume because I did not post here. Now I share Paul Hamiltons frustration at being asked to jump through the same hoops again, maybe to miss out a second time.
