Don’t Miss Out - Have Your Site Featured In Garry’s Newsletter
Garry is just putting the finishing touches to his first newsletter and he has a great opportunity for everyone.
He wants to feature as many students as possible in the first edition. These newsletters are going to go viral and spread all over the internet so you really don’t want to miss out on the exposure.
So what do you have to do?
- Add a comment to his latest post here. It can be anything, a question, an answer, general update. Just a hello.
- Make sure you are on his blogroll. (btw, if you dont see your name on mine, leave a comment and I will add you)
- Get a blogroll set up on your blog, and make sure Garry is on the list!
- Add a comment on your own blog linking to his post.
That’s it, that is all you have to do and your name and website will be making it’s way round the web.
Don’t delay, take action and do it now!

How do you put the mini squeeze page on your site so that it stays where it is like you’ve done?

Hi Theresa,
I made the ‘mini squeeze’ page in a html editor. I created a text box and then copy/pasted the headlines into it.
Then you copy the html code and paste it into the index.php file of your blog.
You can find it under the ‘design’ tab and then ‘theme editor’.
You need to paste it at the top of the php file but you may have to play around with it.
I have had a few subscribers for the box but still not sure if to leave it there. It does take up a lot of the page.
What do you think?

Mark, I forgot to answer your question about the videos. There must have been another Mark on the webinar yesterday that mentioned submitting any videos we make to his site. I hope I’m remembering this correctly.

Yes, putting in a text box is possible and easy to do. You can just create a form in aweber and then paste the code into a text widget.

I have just changed my blog theme for a three column one with widgets and have been working at editing and fine tuning. At last after 4 days
analytics has started to work so I had done it ok it just took that long to kick in. Learning all the time.
Anyway, nice to touch base with another friend I have yet to meet.

You have done alot of nice work here!! I am picking up some valuable tips as well. Sure to visit often, as I have little technical knowledge, but find it all fascinating. Hours and hours go by, then I have to throw myself out of the house for some fresh air and to say “Hi” to the the world. Do need to outsource some things at this point as well.
I just put up my Blog last night, the basics, so much more to do, but it was a milestone to be sure.
