Alex Jeffreys Teaches Me The REAL POINT of Seminars
Just about recovered from a crazy but very produtive weekend in London at Frank Garon’s event. Other’s at the event included Alex Jeffreys & Katie, John Thornhill, Dave Nicholson, Paula Brett, Dan Briffa, Dean Holland and Garry Parkes.
Alex Jeffreys has been telling us throughout his coaching the benefit of going to seminars. He is a self-confessed seminar addict and now I can see why. Think of the word “seminar” and you may imagine a picture of sitting in low lit rooms trying to stay awake. Well that is not the type I just experienced. Infact, we didn’t even ENTER the seminar room! Myself, Alex and the others sat in the hotel and had brainstorming sessions mingled in with some drinking and fooling around. By 6am I have to admit there was very little brainstorming happening but we were back on track after a few hours sleep.
Been able to sit at a table all weekend with some of the most successful marketers is priceless. I never knew you could learn so much by having so much fun. And the best bit is you never know who’s going to come and sit down at the table next. Frank Garon sat down for a chat and I also had the pleasure of sharing a meal with him, Dr Mike Woo-Ming, Alex and the rest of the gang at Sopranos in Knightsbridge.
If you have been thinking seminars are not for you, THINK AGAIN.
This is where business happens, relationships built and JV’s formed. See you at the next one but take a tip from me….don’t start drinking too early, it’s a long night ahead, lol.

I’ve seen these pics before but it doesn’t hurt to see them again because it makes me want even more to be able to come to a seminar and meet all of AJ’s students. I need to make a few more sales before I can fly over to the UK which I would absolutely love.
You all look like you’re doing more drinking than brainstorming. LOL!
That’s Ok, I’d fit right in.
Maybe sometime when there’s a seminar here in the US I’ll be able to meet some of you. Until then I’ll just have to keep in touch through your blogs.

There is NO time to waist on this one and the only way I had of communicating with all of you was to go to each blog and post this message.
First of all, it feels great to be back. If you are one of the lovely people that was following my live soap opera on my baby’s health you would have known that I had to take time out to look after him. Thanks a lot for all the messages in support of that hard time, honestly.

I think face-to-face communication ultimately is essential in any business. I just think like with affiliate products you need to be careful what to promote, and which congresses to attend.
Alex is just a dynamo. He must like sitting in planes and cuing up with baggage in airports. I’ve done that and it gets to you after a while. That’s why I now live on a beach
